Untangling the mess
You shipped fast, things got gnarly, and now you're scared to touch the codebase. Or your team is stuck in meetings about meetings. Or deployments take a week and nobody knows why.
I've inherited enough messes to know how to untangle them. We'll figure out what's actually broken versus what just feels broken, and make a plan to fix it without stopping the world.

The experienced voice
Sometimes you don't need someone to build anything. You need someone to tell you "yeah, that's normal" or "no, that's insane" or "here's how we solved that at Twitter."
Ongoing advisory, technical due diligence, helping you hire your first engineers, being the person you can text when everything's on fire. That kind of thing.

We figure out if I can help. I'm not the right fit for everything. If I'm not, I'll tell you and probably know someone who is.
We do the thing. Fixed scope, clear outcomes, actual progress. I charge flat rates for projects or monthly retainers for ongoing work. No surprises.
